Why Structure Matters 

None of this—Vegas, the porches, the long conversations—looks glamorous when you get home.

It looks like spreadsheets.

A content tracker mapping every policy memo, every video, every caption.
A voter contact tracker logging every door knocked, every conversation held, every supporter identified.
A turf map that sequences precincts by turnout, demographics, and opportunity.
A projections tab forecasting what happens if we hit our goals and what happens if we don’t.

This is the part the party establishment doesn’t do anymore. 

It’s why turnout in Marion County has collapsed. 

It’s why we’ve stopped competing statewide.

When one of my organizers attended a township meeting and asked a state party official about canvassing for 2026, the answer was:
“That’s not part of the plan.”

But it is the plan.
Without doors, you don’t rebuild trust.
Without trust, you don’t rebuild turnout.
Without turnout, you don’t rebuild a party.

We can’t shortcut the climb.
