Taking a Break Without Losing the Thread 

Earlier in this campaign, the idea of taking four or five days off would have terrified me. 

 

Not anymore.

We’re past the “build the plane while flying it” phase. 

We’re in the “fly the plane” phase.

The structures we built keep running even if I take a weekend to rake leaves, rest, and be a human being.

I’m learning that sustainability is strategy. 

Rest isn’t weakness. 

It’s maintenance.

It’s what allows you to keep climbing.
